Madrid Shopping, rather than a necessity, a pleasure
The convenient location of Eurobuilding 2 Apartments will allow you to go walking to the most prestigious shopping centers in Madrid. “EL Corte Inglés” “La Esquina del Bernabeu” and Orense street “AZCA” and the trade center “Moda Shopping” are in close proximity to our establishment.
Madrid also offers the typical flavour in areas such as “Gran Vía”, “El Rastro”, or the “Salamanca district” where you can find all kinds of typical products of the city.
Where there is a joy to meet (Congress and Exhibitions)
The “Palacio Municipal de Exposiciones y Congresos” is located a few meters from our Building, it has 17 rooms and modern equipment to celebrate events and meetings at international level.
The good communication with IFEMA, located in the “Parque Ferial Juan Carlos I”, an auditorium for more than 2,000 people, with ten large exhibition halls, will allow you to attend all kinds of national and international fairs, without needing to spend much time on your transfers.

The “Sierra de Guadarrama”, just 55 kilometers from here, has three snow ski resorts, where you will also find plenty of outdoor activities and stay in touch with nature. It has been declared a Natural Park. Madrid also has several reservoirs and navigable rivers that allow water sports for full enjoyment hundreds of miles away from the sea.
The blue sky of Madrid and the green of its parks and gardens
Madrid’s crystal clear sky is a renowned aspect of our region. No less famous are its gardens, in front of the Apartment Building Eurobuilding 2 is the park “Avenida de Brasil” and not far from the “Parque de la Dehesa de la Villa”, with an area of 71 hectares, closed to traffic, ideal for bicycling and walking.

Among the many festivities in the capital, we can find the Patron Saint of Madrid, “San Isidro Labrador”, celebrated on May the 15th, this festival, with bullfights of international renown, hosted at the famous “Plaza de Toros de las Ventas”. We must also mention the “Verbena de la Paloma”, where every August the 15th the citizens of the capital are dressed in traditional dress “Castizos y Chulapas” and dance the “chotis” in the typical squares and streets of old Madrid.
In addition, all the Villages of the region celebrate its own festivals, where you can taste the typical products of the regional gastronomy. Among the most important, there is the “Fiestas de Aranjuez”, celebrated in the first week of September.
